Shipping processing times
Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We ship as many orders as possible at once to provide our customers with low shipping costs.
Pre-orders and mixed orders
For pre-orders, the approximate delivery time is always stated in the product description. By default, orders containing pre-ordered items are processed and shipped all at once when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship. Please keep this in mind when placing a larger order.
Shipping method and delivery time
Austria: 3-5 business days | Standard: 4€ - Tracking: 7€
Europe: 1-3 weeks | Standard: 8€ - Tracking: 11€
Rest of the world: 2-6 weeks | Standard: 12€ - Tracking: 15€
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, depending on your location and circumstances, delivery time can be longer.
Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, once a delivery address is provided.
Order tracking
If tracking was selected during checkout, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping service provider's website.
If you have not received a tracking number for your order, even though you selected tracking during checkout, contact us at zaela.09@hotmail.com with your order number and we will figure it out.
Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement.
Please understand that I do not offer free reshipping of your order and cannot be held responsible if your order was shipped using standard shipping without a tracking number.
For international orders we highly advise to opt for tracked shipping.
Customs and import taxes
The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
REFUND POLICY
Buyers from outside the EU
All purchases made are final! Please understand I do not accept returns unless the items you received are different from what you ordered.
Buyers in the EU
According to the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, EU buyers have the right to return a product by contacting me within 14 days. This 14 day period starts from the moment you received your item, and not from when you purchased it. This rule does not apply to custom made products, items on sale, digital items, perishable goods like food or plants, or unsealed goods that can't be reused for health or hygiene reasons, such as earrings.
Returned items will be refunded within 14 days of receiving back that item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zaela.09@hotmail.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
